Free_Will_Debate: Feb. 22nd - 23rd, 2019

The VVoIP stands for Voice and Video over Internet Protocol and allows everyone to participate at low-budget directly from your office in a scientific panel discussion on the subjects related to your interests and research.

The VVoIP_Physics_Debates are effective, convenient, and inexpensive video-conferencing encouraging the free and effective exchange of ideas, concepts and research results. 

Indeed we offer you "science in sleepers" by promoting world-class research exchange in a modern way and easy to use/reliable modern communication. We ask you to join us and actively participate. Meet experts & influencers face to face.

We describe below all pertinent information. However, do not hesitate to ask our supporting organizational staff.

2 Scope

The panel debates at VVoIP_Physics_Debates provide critical reviews of the current state of physics. They evaluate existing work, place it in a meaningful context, and suggest areas where more work and new results are needed. The panel debates also offer annotated insights into the key literature, describe other available resources and new unpublished results. The VVoIP_Physics_Debates is unique in maintaining a suite of high-quality low-budget Voice and Video over Internet Protocol panel debates, which are kept up-to date by the panelists.

The Program of the Free_Will _Debate: Feb. 22nd - 23rd, 2019 will be updated in consecutive updates. Follow this site for updates. The participants and the public are asked to follow the below table for a timetable of the programme.

5 Dates to Observe

The colloquium will take place on Feb. 22nd through 23rd, 2019.

In order to accommodate fellow researchers from different time-zones, the colloquium will start at 5 pm of European Time (GMT+1).

The live broadcasting of colloquium for the public will start at the sometime.

6 Registration

Registration is required for all conference participants preferably until Feb. 15th, 2019

It is recommended to make the registration online by forwarding to e-mail address FRET-2019@FRET.de the following a customary information:

  • Your full name,
  • Institution address,
  • Phone number.

We comply with the Europen Union law GDPR (The General Data Protection Regulation - 25 May 2018).[1]

Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the organizers upon receipt of registration and payment.

Note that the fee is given in € (Euro). We cannot accept cash payments. Every transaction must go through the bank account. The payments via www.PayPal.com are also welcome. Registration date = date the organizer accouting registers conference fee payment.

6.1 Cancellation policy of registration

All the cancellations and changes must be sent to the organizer in written form (paper). All refunds will be processed after the conference. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation.

Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:

100% refund (minus an administrative fee of €67.23 (net)) – in case of cancellation received before Jan. 18th, 2019.

No refund – in case of cancellation, received after Jan. 18th, 2019.

6.2 Payment

All payments should be made in €. All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender. Let us know (FRET-2019@FRET.de) if you require a proforma invoice before payment. In all remaining cases, we will forward an invoice right after the payment will be received.

7 Your lecture

Your lecture will be presented in an ordinary (usual) way using MS PowerPoint presentation. In order to allow the participants and the public to view your PowerPoint presentation please use the Skype feature titled Screen Sharing (just click on Skype icon

We advise having plenty of light in your room. Make sure that your microphone is all the time off, except the time when you're delivering a lecture and ask a question. Otherwise, all background noises will be recorded.

8 Debate Proceedings

All debate proceedings will be video-voice recorded and after required editing will be published on the internet at the debate website and various repositories.
